You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Los Hibiscus is situated in a serene location in the south-eastern part of Mallorca. It is conveniently close to the bustling town of Santanyi, which offers charming shops and popular markets. The nearby village of Cas Concos boasts highly regarded and exceptional restaurants. Additionally, the property is just a short 20-minute drive from the breathtaking es Trenc beach.
This exquisite estate features five spacious double bedrooms, accommodating a total of 10 guests. Each bedroom is equipped with its own en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, and underfloor heating. The villa also offers a generously sized living room with a traditional fireplace, as well as a contemporary indoor kitchen and an outdoor barbecue kitchen. WiFi is available throughout the entire property. Outside, guests can indulge in the expansive pool, measuring 13.5m x 6m, which is complemented by a solar cover. Surrounding the pool are comfortable sun loungers, a lush lawn area, and a covered terrace where one can unwind while savoring locally sourced wine.

To access the villa there is a path which is 170cm with 0 steps. The front door has a width of 170cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 100cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 180cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat, there are 6 steps down from the villa to the pool area, this can also be accessed on the grass which slopes. Internally there are 18 steps to the first floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 80cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 80cm.
