You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Within touching distance of the old town city walls of UNESCO Dubrovnik with Minceta Fortress sitting centre stage, there’s no denying that this villa gets the crowing-award for being the closest property to the action in this part of town. The bubbling hot tub come spa pool provides the perfect perch from which to soak up the hustle and bustle of city life whilst cocooned in the villa’s private grounds.
Set over two floors of living space, the villa has been renovated into an oasis of calm colours and soft furnishings. Three ensuite bedrooms and a convenient kitchenette appoint the first floor with a large balcony showcasing those all-important Adriatic Sea views. Downstairs, an open plan lounge and kitchen lead out to a shaded terrace with dining table sited next to a BBQ for sausages away from the sizzling midday sun.
Stay local with a plethora of shops, restaurants and sightseeing opportunities or explore further afield with the boat from nearby old town port to Lokrum island which offers tranquillity amongst indigenous flora and fauna.
