You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

The name says it all! This lovely holiday villa, just a short drive from Dubrovnik Old Town and situated at the mouth of Zaton bay, literally clings to the rocky cliffs above the sea offering the most breath taking views and direct access to your own swimming/sunbathing platform. Staying at Villa on the Rocks is a really special experience! The villa interior is comfortable and offers everything you need for a great holiday but it is the outside areas that will steal your heart. A lovely shaded dining area with brick built barbecue and outdoor kitchen is the perfect place for al fresco meals whilst enjoying the view. Terraced gardens overflowing with fragrant flowers and shrubs surround the villa and gated steps lead down to the swimming pool and sunbathing areas – from here a gated stairway leads down to the swimming platform. Just a quick swim brings you to a tiny shingle cove. Villa on the Rocks is the ideal place to really enjoy the coastal beauty of this area of Dubrovnik whilst a beach and several restaurants are just a short walk away.

Not for the faint hearted, there are well over 100 steps down from the parking area to the villa and another 130 down to the sea via a gated stairway, we don’t recommend this villa for anyone with any mobility issues and families with young children may find the access hard work! For others, a small stair lift from the parking area down to the villa helps with your luggage.
