You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Balancing the busy city streets with peace and quiet, the villa is hidden from the harbour by stone walls, so you can unwind in privacy with the soft stir of life nearby. Sat on the curve of Gruz Bay, you’re just a fifteen-minute walk away from Lapad and its café-lined promenade and the bustling Gruz green and fish market. Jump in the car for a short drive to Dubrovnik, where a beautiful UNESCO world heritage site filled with fascinating historical sites awaits.
Recently renovated, Villa Rustic Star blends traditional Croatian character with a new modern twist. It is filled with original exposed beams and traditional features, then modern bathrooms and contemporary fittings next. The minute you arrive, you get a welcoming feeling of warmth that is designed for families to make themselves feel at home.
