This three-bedroom semi-detached house is nestled in an idyllic countryside spot, in a quiet hamlet of houses in stunning Istrian scenery. With lemon-tinted walls, natural stone facades, bright green shutters, and a red-tiled roof, this villa beautifully reflects Istrian architecture.

The interior is a stunning contrast to the traditional exterior, with contemporary décor, whitewashed walls, and minimalist furnishings with pops of bright colour. The ground floor boasts a spacious living and dining area that merges with the modern kitchen, featuring a plethora of high-end appliances, with a double bedroom also on this floor. Upstairs you’ll find a further two roomy, air-conditioned double bedrooms, both featuring a balcony overlooking the serene rural backdrop.

A set of double French doors takes you out to a gorgeous patio terrace, where the large swimming pool is a refreshing retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Set on the Western side of the Istrian peninsula and looking out to the Italian Coast, the seaside town of Porec is a fantastic place to enjoy family holidays. Historic, Roman influences infused with a modern-day twist make Porec an attractive town to explore, whilst its rocky shores lined with secluded coves, pines trees and beachside cafés cater for your sun seeking needs.

A must-see attraction in Porec and perhaps Istria’s most famous is the UNESCO listed Euphrasian Basilica. This 4th century monument has largely been kept intact and boasts beautiful, striking mosaics, and is a fine example of Byzantine architecture.

Scattered throughout the Old Town’s stone-walled streets are some fine eateries favoured by the locals, and are a great place to sample authentic Croatian and Italian cuisine. Why not end your evenings at one of Porec’s many lively bars? The town has some brilliant nightlife and has become a hotspot for locals.
