You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Perched in the southern part of Istria in the sleepy village of Valbandon, sit back and unwind as you soak up the local life. Located just a fifteen-minute drive from the bustling ancient city of Pula, you’ve got the best of both worlds. You can spend all day gazing at its crumbling churches, archaeological sites, and famous amphitheatre, with plenty of delectable restaurants for refuelling after sightseeing. Close to home is the gorgeous resort of Fazana, where you’ll find rows of local restaurants and bars crowded beside its sublime golden sand beach.
This brand-new villa is an architectural beauty, with a modern square-cut design that stays true to the Croatian style with its terracotta red roofs and stonewashed walls. Separated into two separate studios, each featuring a kitchen and living area, the villa offers added privacy for small groups and can comfortably sleep up to four adults. One studio features a large circular double bed backed by a generous walk-in closet.
