You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

If you’re craving a countryside escape away from the crowds, Villa Pax ticks all of the boxes. A hidden gem nestled in the charming village of Marcana, this delightful villa has everything you’ll need for the ultimate cosy family retreat. It is located just outside of the Roman city of Pula, which makes for a fantastic day trip with its historic amphitheatre and vibrant restaurant scene.
The rustic stone architecture is in the classic Croatian style, which compliments the contemporary and traditional style décor and furnishings. The living area is overflowing with character, with a spacious lounge area, a snug fireplace, and an antique wooden dining table that creates a homely feel. This seamlessly combines with the well-equipped kitchen area, which has everything you’ll need to whip up a family meal. As you head upstairs, you’re welcomed to two air-conditioned twin bedrooms and one air-conditioned master bedroom.
A wide set of sliding doors leads you out to the glorious terrace and garden beyond, with plenty of sunbathing area at your disposal for unwinding and soaking in the Croatian sun. The best feature is the large swimming pool in the centre of the terrace, where you can take a dip, gazing out across the garden to the green Istrian hills beyond. After purchasing some local goodies at the nearby market, grill them on your own in-built barbecue and dine the night away in the alfresco dining veranda.
