You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Sat in the dreamy seaside village of Liznjan, you’ll be blown away by the panoramic views of the glistening Adriatic Sea and surrounding mountainscape. You won’t be short of things to do, with authentic restaurants, breath-taking walking trails and scenic points at every corner.
We’re in awe of this modern beauty, with contemporary architecture and a sleek exterior design that radiates sophistication and opulence. The ground floor is bright and spacious, with soothing turquoise-coloured décor offset by metallic accents and rich wooden flooring. The plump, vibrant sofas and sleek coffee table is a cosy spot to relax in front of the TV. The interiors are illuminated with natural sunlight thanks to the large French windows, making the space feel warm and fresh. The kitchen will be sure to impress, with a modern design furnished with glossy wooden countertops and the high-end appliances. The five bedrooms are airy and minimalistic, all with ensuite bedrooms and access to terraces.
The sprawling sun-kissed deck is the standout feature, which instantly transports you to holiday mode. We're in love with the swimming pool, with tempting waters that glisten under the sunshine.
