You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Located in Fažana, which is one of the most popular and idyllic seaside towns in southern Istria, this villa has all of the components you need for a fantastic stay in Croatia.
Outside, this villa is perfect for enjoying Croatia’s wonderful climate. Featuring a large private swimming pool, a shaded seating area and covered al fresco dining space, this villa is ideal for relaxing, entertaining and baking in the sunshine.
Inside, this villa has plenty of relaxed living spaces that have been decorated to an incredibly high standard. Embracing open plan living, this villa features an inviting living and kitchen area leading out to the private pool area. There is also a double bedroom on the ground floor.
On the first floor, you will find 3 spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms for optimum privacy. On the second floor, you will find a fitness room, as well as a beautiful terrace that provides breath-taking vistas of Fazana and the Brijuni Islands.
