You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

This uniquely designed villa is one-of-a-kind, with a sandstone façade polished like a pebble and an open-air roof terrace, presenting a birds-eye view of the picturesque town of Omiš.
Complete with a spacious courtyard, centred by a palm tree and lined with plush grey sofas and sun-loungers, set beside the villa’s private heated pool, what better way to spend a holiday than relaxing in this little slice of heaven.
The house consists of three parts: the main body of the house has two levels connected by an external raised walkway. The ground floor is home to three ensuite bedrooms and a side kitchen that serves as an auxiliary when you need to quickly brew coffee, tea or cocoa in the late evening or early morning hours. On the first floor, comfort is provided by a large lounge and well-equipped kitchen, with a further two ensuite bedrooms. To complete the property, a single-story annex contains another ensuite bedroom, lounge, dining room and kitchen, providing plenty of space for groups to disperse as they wish.
The villa exudes an atmosphere of modern simplicity and comfort, inviting guests to unwind and feel at home as soon as they step inside.
