You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

If you're looking for a chilled holiday not far from the popular resort of Ayia Napa, then look no further. Ionion Seaside Villa is a stunning example of a traditional Cypriot villa, boasting a stylish terrace with a natural stone patio, filled with olive and palm trees. Sunbathe in style whilst using one of the palm trees for a light spot of shade, or enjoy a dip in the 8x4m pool to cool off from the midday sun. Doors leading from the terrace take us indoors to the open-plan living room and kitchen. This cosy room, with neutral colours, comes fully equipped with all the latest cooking appliances, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV offering a variety of channels. Bedroom one also resides on the ground floor, complete with bunk beds, a single bed, air conditioning and sliding patio doors with easy access to the terrace. Upstairs, we find the remaining two bedrooms, one is a master double with ensuite, whilst the other bedroom offers another bunk bed alongside a single bed.

To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide. The front door has a width of 85cm whilst other access doors have a width of 84cm. The outside terrace is relatively flat, whilst crazy paved. The pool is fenced, whilst the gate to the pool is 75cm wide. The pool has step access, and has five steps leading into the pool. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 77cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 61cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door has a width of 73cm, and the bathroom door has a width of 62cm.
