Located on the Napa Bay View complex, we find this gorgeous villa, nestled amongst neighbouring villas on the outskirts of Ayia Napa. In less than a 5-minute drive, you'll find yourself in the heart of this bustling resort, with its sandy beaches, traditional tavernas and local shops. The Napa Bay villas are a great choice for those who want to be closeby to amenities whilst away from the hustle and bustle of the main resort.

The terrace is without a doubt where you'll be spending most of your time, with its cool water pool, alfresco dining and reclining sun loungers. Enjoy evening meals under the stars amongst friends and family, whilst enjoying local wines, tasty delicacies and fresh seafood.

Inside, the villa is warm and welcoming with an open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen area. Patio doors at either end let in floods of natural light, whilst a smart TV is available for your cosy movie nights. Upstairs we find three bedrooms, all minimalistic with cool air conditioning, to keep you comfortable on your summer holiday.

To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 70cm wide. From the patio doors there is a step to access the pool area. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has ladder access. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor. There are 18 steps to the first floor where the master bedroom has a door width of 70cm and the shower room has a door width of 65cm.
