You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Welcome to Villa Anastel, a charming property located on the outskirts of Protaras, closeby to Cyclops Cave, Konnos Beach, and a selection of restaurants. For fun-filled days out, you can head to nearby Ayia Napa, with its busy bars, amusement parks, seafaring museum, and beachfront. The villa itself sits within a generous plot, surrounded by a tiled terrace, exotic shrubs and evergreen bushes. The pool looks inviting on a hot summers day, and at 11x5m, it's the ideal size for swimming a few lengths before a spot of lunch under the shaded terrace. If you prefer the company of a good book, the soft sofas outside are the ideal place for that ultimate unwind.
Inside, the villa is split into three levels, a lower ground floor, a ground floor, and a first floor. You can enter the villa either from the garage level below or the street level which leads you directly into the open-plan living room and kitchen. Fully equipped, this villa comes with all the latest appliances to make your self-catering holiday as easy as possible. With three bedrooms, this villa is ideal for up to six guests.

To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide, leading to 4 steps to the front door, the front door is 83cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room is open plan, however there are 3 steps down from the front door to the lounge area then from the lounge area there are 3 steps up to the kitchen/dining room. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 65cm wide, there are 3 steps down to the pool area, the path to the pool is 200cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 10 steps to the first floor. The bedroom doors are 74cm wide and the bathroom doors are 68cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.
