You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 140cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has ladder access. On the left-hand side of the pool, there is a seating area which is slightly raised, and accessed via 1 step. The pool can also be accessed from the parking area via 1 step. The ground floor double bedroom has a door width of 65cm, whilst the shower room door is 57cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the twin bedroom has a door width of 63cm, and the main bathroom door is 60cm wide.
