You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Beautiful Chris Le Mare Luxury Villa is a must-see for those wanting to explore the southeast of the island. Carefully designed, this modern property boasts a magnificent enclosed terrace with wooden decking, padded sunloungers and alfresco dining. This sunkissed terrace is ideal for a day relaxing by the pool. Alternatively, guests of Chris Le Mare have the added bonus of free use of the Louis St Elias Resort, where you'll find a waterpark, swimming pools and a gym. For that extra something special, you also get complimentary pool towels and a homemade welcome pack on arrival.
Inside, this contemporary property is filled with charm and bohemian-style furnishings. A cosy living room with patio doors opens up into a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. The stairs lead to the first floor where we find three bedrooms, one is a master bedroom with an ensuite and king-size bed, whilst the other twin rooms share a separate family bathroom. All bedrooms come with air conditioning and flat-screen TVs.

To access the villa there is path which is 200cm wide along with three steps. The front door has a width of 80cm whilst other access doors have a width of 81cm. The outside is an open terrace which is a mixture of wooden decking and tiles. The pool has ladder access with three steps going into the pool. Inside the villa, all bedrooms are on the first floor. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door has a width of 73cm, and the bathroom door also has a width of 70cm.
