You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 4 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 150cm wide. The path to the terrace/pool area is 80cm wide, whilst the ground is partially tiled and mostly flat. There is 1 10cm step up to the wooden decking area where the sunbeds are located. The pool itself has step access. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the widest bedroom door is 73cm, and the ensuite door is 50cm wide.
