To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm along with 1 step. The front door has a width of 72cm, whilst other access doors have a width of 180cm. The pool terrace is flat and even with decoration gravel around the edges. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, all bedrooms are on the first floor. There are 19 steps to this level. The widest bedroom door is 75cm wide and the widest bathroom door is 67cm wide, this is the double bedroom.
