You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Situated just a brisk stroll from the bustling town of Paralimni and the renowned resorts of Protaras and Aiya Napa, Papas family villa is an idyllic retreat offering comfort and serenity for up to 10 guests.
Stepping inside, you’ll discover a modern, open and fresh space, fully airconditioned throughout. Cool, neutral tones with dashes of traditional wooden elements create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The main living space combines a living, dining and kitchen area, with plush sofas and a flat-screen satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for both amateur chefs and budding culinary masters to cook up a story, with an American style fridge freezer, over, microwave and hob.
Ascending to the first floor, you’ll find four spacious and chic bedrooms; two with double beds, one with a king size bed and one with twin beds. One of the double rooms also enjoys a modern ensuite, with a large balcony allowing access for each room to step out and enjoy the warmth of the beautiful Mediterranean sun.
Step outside to bask in the shimmering glow of your large, private pool, with ample sun loungers calling you to sink back into complete relaxation. Next to the pool, you’ll also find an independently accessed one bedroom apartment with wheelchair access and additional supportive facilities.

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The path to the pool area is 155cm, which is flat and even. There are 3 steps down to the pool area from the shaded terrace, however, there is also a ramp for easy access. Next to the house is a fenced garden, the width of the gate to access this is 180cm. There are paths around the garden area. The pool itself has step access. This villa has a ground floor separate annex accessed off the terrace. The doors to this annex are 80cm wide whilst the shower room is disabled friendly. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the widest bedroom door is 68cm, and the shower room door is also 68cm wide.
