Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The path to the pool area is 155cm, which is flat and even. There are 3 steps down to the pool area from the shaded terrace, however, there is also a ramp for easy access. Next to the house is a fenced garden, the width of the gate to access this is 180cm. There are paths around the garden area. The pool itself has step access. This villa has a ground floor separate annex accessed off the terrace. The doors to this annex are 80cm wide whilst the shower room is disabled friendly. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the widest bedroom door is 68cm, and the shower room door is also 68cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 100cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 100cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
