To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide along with 3 steps. The front door has a width of 170cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 170cm wide. On exiting the villa via the patio doors, there are 4 steps down to the pool area. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 200cm wide, and tiled. The pool itself has step access. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom to the right of the front door, this has a door width of 93cm, whilst the shower room with the widest door is located through the double bedroom to the left of the front door. This shower room has a door width of 58cm. There are 22 steps to the first floor where the master bedroom door has a width of 85cm, and the ensuite has a door width of 59cm.
