To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 83cm wide. The lounge door is 150cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 110cm wide. To access the pool/terrace there is a door which is 83cm wide, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The outside grounds are flat. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 19 steps leading to the first floor. The bedroom doors are 80cm wide and the bathroom doors are 68cm wide, this is a shower/bath type bathroom.
