You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

If you’re after a slice of paradise in Cyprus, then Villa Alia Balsa is the perfect choice for your next villa holiday. Situated right on the beach front, every morning, you’ll be greeted to stunning panoramic views of the crystal blue Mediterranean Sea.
This three-bedroom villa can sleep up to six guests, making it the ideal retreat for a small family. The living and dining rooms combine with the kitchen to create a modern and airy open-plan area, with one large twin bedroom also on this level. Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms, the family bathroom, and a converted veranda, which features a snug sofa section where you can take in the incredible coastal backdrop.
Lush Mediterranean style gardens frame the natural timber decking, with an added alfresco dining area where you can hear the waves crashing in the background while you eat. Cool off by taking in a dip in the large swimming pool, with ample sun-bathing spots to soak up some sun afterwards.

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 85cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 120cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 180cm wide, the path to the pool is 105cm wide. The outside grounds are flat with decking around the pool area. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 75cm wide and the ground floor bathroom doors are 65cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 16 steps leading to the first floor. The first floor bedroom doors are 75cm wide and the first floor bathroom doors are 65cm wide, this is a shower/bath type bathroom.
