You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Modern, stylish and spacious, Villa Anemoni offers an ideal space to enjoy the Protaras area in style. This three bedroom villa is within reach of all you could need.
Fitted with many large windows, Anemoni offers a bright and airy atmosphere filled with plenty of light to complement the comfortable furnishings and pops of colour. The fully fitted kitchen offers lots of space and the breakfast bar is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Throughout, the villa is fitted with cool tile, air conditioning and many fans to ensure you're as comfortable as possible. Step out onto the terrace and enjoy the alfresco dining facilities complete with outdoor kitchen and barbeque for ease. There are several comfortable seating areas so you can still enjoy individual company whilst on your group holiday.
When it's time to explore the local area you'll find yourself just a walk to Fig Tree Bay or Yianna Marie beaches to enjoy the sea, sand and buzzing atmosphere. Anemoni is also surrounded by restaurants, bars and handily close by shops.

To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 78cm wide. The lounge door is 200cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 114cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 105cm wide, there is a path leading to the pool which is 200cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and tiled. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor. The bedroom doors are 78cm wide and the bathroom doors are 69cm wide, this is a shower/bath type bathroom.
