You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Villa Asteria Overview
Located in the Pernera area of Protaras, Villa Asteria is located just a short walk from both Kalamies Beach and the resort centre.
Inside, the property has a modern yet comfortable design. The living area has a corner sofa, a widescreen TV with a Full UK satellite and dining table seating 6 persons whilst the large open plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a separate W/C on this floor.
All three of the light and airy bedrooms are located on the first floor with the master bedroom featuring a double bed and en-suite shower room as well as access to a veranda. The other double room and the 3rd bedroom which has twin beds also share a bathroom. Outside the private garden has a 8 x 4 metre pool surrounded by sun-loungers with an umbrella to provide some much needed shade on those barmy summer days. A patio table and chairs are also provided next to the built-in BBQ and sink area which provides the perfect setting for outside dining and entertaining during the long summer evenings.
Overall this is a great villa option for families and groups of friends, looking for a modern property within easy reach of the beach and resort centre.

To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 85cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 120cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 140cm wide, there is a step down from the kitchen door to the pool. The outside grounds are flat and tiled. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 17 steps to the first floor.
