You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Ayios Elias Overview
Tucked away on the side of the majestic Profitis Elias Hill, Villa Ayios Elias boasts unspoilt views of the Famagusta coastline that will be sure to take your breath away. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, this tranquil property oozes plenty of character with a mix of contemporary and traditional Cypriot charm. It is tastefully decorated with white interiors and a coastal theme, which makes the whole villa feel light and modern.
The ground floor features an open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, with a large set of French doors that lead to the outside. Throughout the property, there are three bedrooms that can comfortably house six guests, including a master bedroom and two twin rooms. Exotic palm trees line a fantastic kidney-shaped swimming pool, which is surrounded by plush sun loungers that are perfect for relaxing and soaking up the warm Mediterranean sun. In the evenings, enjoy a cocktail or two on the spacious private terrace, which has its own bar and inviting dining and lounge area.

The area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide, leading to the front door which is 83cm wide. There are 3 steps down from the front door to the living area, the lounge door is 117cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 84cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 200cm wide, there are 2 steps down from the terrace to the pool, the path to the pool is 200cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and tiled. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 76cm wide and the ground floor bathrooms are 65cm wide, this is a shower/bath type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor.
