You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Villa Cayenne Overview
This beautifully kept 3-bedroom villa is spacious both inside and out and furnished to a modern standard. Located in the Pernera area of Protaras, it is within a short walk of both Kalamies Beach and the resort centre.
Inside, the villa has a modern yet comfortable design with the open plan living and dining area adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen, so plenty of space for all the family. Double doors lead from the kitchen directly out onto the pool terrace meaning alfresco dining is a must! Also on the ground floor is a separate W/C. Upstairs, the master bedroom has the added bonus of access to a veranda whilst also featuring a double bed and en-suite shower room. There are another 2 bedrooms, both with twin beds.
Outside the private and enclosed garden has a 8 x 4 metre pool surrounded by sun-loungers as well as an umbrella and covered terrace for that all important shade from the midday summer sun. A patio table and chairs as well as a built-in BBQ and sink area provide the perfect setting for outside dining and entertaining during the long summer evenings. Overall this is a great villa option for families who want to holiday not far from all the amenities

To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, front door is 84cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 200cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 76cm wide, there is a path leading to the pool which is 200cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor.
