To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to the front door which is 83cm wide. The lounge door is 120cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 100cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 82cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has a laddder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor.
