You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

You’ll likely be making a dive into the sparkling outdoor pool, edged by sun loungers, to transition into sunbathing mode. The shade-seekers will find solace in the outdoor sofa, shaded from the sunshine for quiet afternoons unwinding with a good book. A portable barbecue provides a great opportunity to cook alfresco. Why not try grilling some freshly caught seafood or locally-grown veggies? Serve up dinner on one of the outdoor dining tables, all while soaking up the warm sunlit setting.
When you’d like to venture inside, the large sliding glass doors bring the outside in and bathe each room with natural sunlight. To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 90cm wide. The lounge door is 90cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 107cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 80cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor.
