You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Fotini 24 Overview
Conveniently located for beach lovers, Fotini 24 is a must-see for those who like to catch the waves, build sandcastles, and snorkel amongst colourful marine life. Armyropigado Bay is less than a 10-minute stroll away, and great for sunny days by the water. Lunches are best spent back at the villa, where you'll find a brick-built BBQ and alfresco dining for your family lunches, cooked with only the freshest produce Cyprus has to offer. Alternatively, local tavernas, bars and international restaurants are within walking distance.
Inside the villa is homely and open-plan, with a spacious living room that opens up into a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. With patio doors throughout, this villa is bursting with natural sunlight from every corner. Upstairs you'll find three cosy bedrooms, each with its own ensuite and air conditioning unit.
For larger groups, Villa Fotini 24 can be booked alongside its neighbouring villas Fotini 25, 26, 31 and 32.
