This isn’t your average villa, with over 1000 square metres of lush gardens and an irresistible 12-meter pool with hydro jets at your disposal. There are plenty of sun loungers and outside seating for the whole group to soak up some much-needed Cypriot sun. In the evening, enjoy an alfresco meal together whilst watching the sun slowly set with your own inbuilt barbecue and stylish dining area.

Inside, there is little in terms of disappointment, with the ground floor featuring rich interiors, a spacious lounge area and a modern kitchen filled with high-end appliances. The six air-conditioned bedrooms span four levels and all have their own ensuite bathrooms. There’s ample space to spend some quality time together, with a large home cinema perfect for movie nights and even a gym to let off some steam. If you want to indulge a little, the basement has its own sauna and whirlpool bath, a peaceful retreat after a busy day at the beach.

To access the villa there is a path which 120cm wide, leading to 4 steps to the front door, the front door is 88cm wide. The lounge and the kitchen/dining room doors are 120cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 300cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even, however there is one step down from the pool/terrace area to the garden. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 11 steps leading to the first floor.
