You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Macan Overview
Villa Macan is newly built and fully equipped with everything you need to ensure a perfect self-catering stay. The villa has an open plan layout, combining living room, kitchen and dining area which really makes the most of the space. For your enjoyment there is also a widescreen TV with full satellite channels and free WI-FI connection. The dining area has seating for 6 persons and the modern fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all appliances. The bi-fold patio doors which open up onto the landscaped garden, kitchen, BBQ and pool area outside really help with tying both indoor and outdoor areas together. There is also a separate WC on this floor.
Upstairs, you will find the two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin room. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and WC.
Outside, in the garden, you will find a built in barbecue area with a worktop, sink and seating area perfect for outdoor dining, sun loungers and a private pool.
On the third level, you will find a stunning roof garden with built in kitchen area, where you can unwind and take in the beautiful sunset and stunning panoramic views.

To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 91cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 200cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 200cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even, the grounds are tile and is partially artificial grass. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor.
