You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Conveniently located, Villa Michelle 10 sits within walking distance to the amenities of Pernera. This popular resort on the edge of Protaras is popular with locals and tourists alike, with horseshoe bay beaches, plenty of restaurants, and just a 20-minute car ride to Ayia Napa.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, Villa Michelle 10 is a great choice for up to six guests. The inside is inviting with an open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, modern bedrooms, and a family bathroom. Be sure to bag the master bedroom which comes with its own ensuite.

Outside, the terrace and garden was our favourite spot. The 4x8m pool glistens in the sunshine, and can be fenced upon request. For morning coffees and cosy afternoons, there's a shaded spot with comfy rattan sofas for that ultimate unwinding and relaxation. As an added bonus, the garden is filled with palm trees to give you that true Mediterranean vibe.

Mobility Statement

To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide and no steps. The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 200cm wide. Around the pool area is tiled and flat, whilst the back of the terrace has artificial grass. The pool itself has ladder access. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor. There are 17 steps to the first floor where the master bedroom door has a width of 82cm, and the ensuite has a door width of 63cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 120cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 120cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
