You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

A refreshing pool sits centrally on the patio terrace and is ideal for a cool-off from the midday sun or a splash around with the kids. Modern sunloungers are the ideal spot for topping up your tan under the Cypriot sunshine. As an added bonus, Pearl 2 also comes with complimentary pool towels for those relaxing days back at the villa. Alternatively, enjoy a spot of lunch under the shaded terrace and make use of the portable BBQ. Grill up some traditional kebabs or marinated vegetable skewers and enjoy alfresco style with family or friends.
Inside, this modern property offers an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors flood the room with natural light, bringing the outdoors indoors. A cosy seating area also boasts a smart TV, keeping you entertained on your holiday. A fully equipped kitchen sits at the other end of the room, with a three-seater breakfast bar, dishwasher and washing machine. A shower room completes the ground floor. The three bedrooms reside on the first floor, consisting of a master double and two further bedrooms with access to a separate shower room.

To access the villa there is a path which is 120 wide, leading to the front door which is 81cm wide. The lounge door is 120cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 106cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 200cm wide, the path to the pool is 200cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor.
