You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Pontus Overview
This really is something special; A brand new 3-bedroom villa with private swimming pool and roof terrace, in the popular resort of Protaras and just a 5-minute walk to the beach and to a vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable self-catering stay.
As you walk into the villa, you will find the open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas, widescreen TV with satellite channels and WI-FI connection. The dining area has seating for 6 and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay, as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open out to the generous landscaped private garden and pool area outside. There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor.
Upstairs, you will find all three bedrooms. There are two doubles and one twin bedroom all with en-suite bathrooms with shower and WC. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and bedside cabinets. On this floor you also have the benefit of a built-in utility area with washing machine, sink and tumble dryer.
From this floor you can access the staircase that leads to the roof garden to enjoy the stunning sea views.
Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a barbecue area with built in sink and worktop for cooking outdoors, covered seating area, sun loungers and large private pool with Roman steps leading into it.
Villa Pontus is set in a peaceful location, yet close to the beach, perfect for families or friends looking for a relaxing and tranquil break

To access the villa there is a path which is 134cm wide, leading to 4 steps to the front door, the front door is 130cm wide. The lounge door is 123cm wide, the kitchen/dining room door is 95cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 65cm wide, there are 3 steps up to the bathroom, this is a shower type bathroom. To access the pool/terrace area there is door which is 164cm wide. The outside grounds are extremely flat and even. The pool has steps. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor level. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor.
