To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide, leading to the front door which is 84cm wide. The lounge door is 92cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 124cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 88cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has steps. There are no bathrooms or bedrooms on the ground floor level. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor.
