You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

An elegant villa standing in a generous plot overlooking the sixth fairway. In this peaceful and idyllic setting this three level villa sits in lawned gardens and offers a generous swimming pool which can be heated if required at an additional cost, attractive shaded outdoor dining area as well as a pool side shower and gas fired barbecue.

The ground floor houses all the living areas, a useful guest cloakroom as well as a twin bedded room with en suite bathroom and French doors leading out to the pool terrace. Upstairs you will find the superb master bedroom suite with dressing area and large en suite bathroom offering both bath and separate shower, twin basins and WC. Doors lead out to a balcony with lovely views over the pool and garden. There is also a large terrace on this level where you can enjoy views to the sea as well as a panorama over the resort. A great villa for a family with older children due to the master bedroom being in private splendour alone on the upper level! The further 2 bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor, both twin bedded and both with shower room, one en suite and the other adjacent. Outside stairs lead back up to the garden and pool area.
