Sat within a generous plot, we find Villa Aphrodite Superior 0320. We loved the terrace of this property, with an 8x4m pool taking center stage, surrounded by reclining sun loungers and exotic shrubs. If you look closely, you can even spot a few olive trees dotted about. For your alfresco dining, there's a large gas BBQ adjacent to a wash basin, as well as modern dining furniture and bistro, sets under the beamed terrace. On entering the villa, you notice it oozes elegance, with its large wooden front doors, opening up into a hallway that leads to an open-plan living room and kitchen. Light and bright, this spacious room boasts floor-to-ceiling patio doors, allowing you to let the outdoors indoors. Glossy furnishings add to the style of the room, whilst it still retains some of its traditional features. With two spacious bedrooms, this villa is great for up to four guests. Be sure to bag the master double bedroom, with its walk-in wardrobe and swanky ensuite bathroom.

Sat within the Aphrodite Hills Complex, this villa is great for those who don't want to travel far whilst on holiday. The complex comes with everything you may need on your holiday int he sun, from a supermarket, a variety of eateries, golf courses, a medical centre and even bike hire for those looking to explore a little further.

The villa is on one level. When accessing the property there is a slight incline on the driveway. To access the villa there is a path which is 276cm wide, leading to 4 steps to the front door, the front door is 72cm wide. The lounge door is 134cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 136cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 112cm wide, the path to the pool is 195cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.
