You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

When accessing the property there is a slight incline on the driveway. To access the villa there is a path which is 225cm wide, leading to 7 steps to the front door, the front door is 74cm wide. The lounge/dining room door is 140cm wide and the kitchen door is 82cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 115cm wide, the path to the pool is 450cm wide. The outside grounds are spacious, flat and even. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 74cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 64cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
