Located in the heart of the picturesque Argaka countryside, this stone-built villa is gorgeous in every sense, boasting all of the components that make a stunning holiday home.

The outdoor space in particular is incredible, with its large private swimming pool, complete with a water feature, which really is at the heart of this villa. Here you can enjoy days floating around the pool as the Cypriot sun beams down. The spacious sun terrace also boasts comfy sun loungers, a shaded seating area that is ideal for getting lost in a good book, as well as BBQ facilities which make al fresco dining easy. However, it is this villa’s bar area that really sets it apart, providing a fun space to enjoy relaxing drinks in the afternoon (it’s always 5 o’clock somewhere!) or drinks well into the evening when the sun goes down. After all, when you’re staying in a villa like this, there’s no reason to leave.

The lounge door is 120cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 146cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 100cm wide, there are 7 steps down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 106cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has steps. There are 2 steps leading to the ground floor bedroom and ensuite bathroom, the bedroom door is 76cm wide and the bathroom door is 65cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level.
