You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 310cm wide, leading to 5 steps to the front door, the front door is 152cm wide. The lounge and the kitchen/dining room doors are 152cm wide, the living area is open plan, there is one step down from the lounge door to the outside terrace area. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 79cm wide, there is a step down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 400cm wide. The outside grounds are flat, tiled and even. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 88cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 77cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level.
