To access the villa there is a path which is 156cm wide, leading to a ramp to the front door, the front door is 120cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 120cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 90cm wide, the path to the pool is 83cm wide. The outside grounds are a combination of tile, grass and gravel areas, there are narrow paths and several steps to the pool/terrace area, the grounds are uneven. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 69cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 74cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level.
