To access the villa there is a path which is 156cm wide, leading to 3 steps to the front door, the front door is 68cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 68cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 87cm wide, the path to the pool is 130cm wide. The outside grounds are a combination of grass and crazy paving making the grounds uneven. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 73cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 80cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
