You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 80cm wide. The lounge door is 185cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 104cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 84cm wide, there is a large step down from the patio doors to the pool/terrace area, the path to the pool is 280cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the garden grounds are grassed. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 75cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 64cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.
