When accessing the property there is a slight incline on the driveway. To access the villa there is a path which is 108cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 85cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 91cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 79cm wide, the path to the pool is 450cm wide, the paths around the pool are fairly wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the mature garden grounds are grassed. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 70cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 64cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level.
