To access the villa there is a path which is 152cm wide, there are 4 steps or a ramp leading to the front door, the front door is 86cm wide. The lounge door is 190cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 97cm wide, from the lounge area there is a spiral staircase leading to the first floor level, the stairs are fairly small and steep. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 94cm wide, the path to the pool is 252cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 75cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 70cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
