To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide, alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 115cm wide. The path to the pool area is 120cm wide and accessed via a gate and 15 steps. This can be seen in the images. The pool itself has step access. Around the pool is tiled and flat, with patches of gravel and shrubs. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 77cm wide, whilst the widest shower room door is 74cm, however this is located on the lower ground floor. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the master bedroom has a door width of 77cm, and the ensuite door is 67cm wide.
