Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 17 steps. The front door has a width of 86cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 80cm wide. Outside, there are 4 steps to the BBQ area, 15 steps to the poolside, and once by the pool, a further 4 steps to another covered seating area. The poolside is crazy paved. Inside, there are 3 steps from the lounge to the kitchen area. The ground floor bedroom door is 85cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 72cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 130cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 130cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
