You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

The villa is accessed via an external staircase, whilst below the villa you'll find plenty of space for off-road private parking. There's a fully equipped kitchen, filled with modern appliances, cool air conditioning, and contemporary furnishings. You'll find three bright and airy bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Be sure to bag the double bedroom with its own private ensuite. Bedroom three has access to a balcony terrace, another beautiful spot to admire the Mediterranean views with a morning coffee or nighttime tipple.

This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide alongside 18 steps. The front door has a width of 82cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 89cm wide. Outside, there are 4 steps down to the pool area. The poolside is tiled and flat, there is also a gravel area in front of the infinity pool. The surrounding area is hilly. The ground-floor double bedroom door is 65cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 56cm wide. The door into the kitchen is 19cm wide, whilst the door into the lounge is 216cm wide.
