Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

This villa is in a mountainous/hilly area, and getting into the villa is slightly steep. The lanes leading to the villa are narrow in places. To access the villa there is a path which is 600cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 93cm wide. The width of the path to the pool area is 72cm wide and accessed via 12 steps down. Around the pool is flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access. The double bedroom on the ground floor has a width of 74cm, whilst the ensuite door is 56cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the double bedroom door is 75cm wide, and the ensuite door is 67cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 120cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 150cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
