Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is an open path which is 360cm wide along with three steps. The front door has a width of 78cm whilst other access doors have a width of 84cm. On exiting the patio doors from the lounge, you come to the outside dining area, where you’ll find three steps that lead down to the pool area. The outside is slightly uneven with a path approximately 205cm wide. The pool has both ladder and step access. On entering the villa, there are two steps leading down to the open-plan lounge area. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 67cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 56cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door has a width of 67cm, and the bathroom door has a width of 56cm. The width of the door into the kitchen area is 228cm whilst the door into the lounge is 535cm wide. Please note, the driveway leading to the villa is steep, however you can drive right up to the front door. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
